No membership is necessary to enjoy our centre!

From pre-school through to high school, experience the joy of the sports on offer at the Heights with our school sports program. 

Competition opportunities are also available in several of our sports, and social competitions for all the others.

How Does It Work?

Our School Sports Programs are designed to keep students active, engaged and developing essential life skills in a fun and supportive environment. We offer structured sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, confidence building and overall physical fitness. Whether students are learning the fundamentals or refining their abilities, our programs cater to a range of ages and skill levels, ensuring everyone feels included and motivated.

Structured Program

Age Group: All ages

Description: Delivered by experienced and enthusiastic coaches, our sessions align with school curriculum outcomes while making participation enjoyable and accessible. From team sports to individual skill development, we create positive sporting experiences that encourage healthy habits, resilience and sportsmanship — helping students build confidence both on and off the court.

DIY Program

Age Group: All ages

Description: This format encourages creativity, leadership and social connection while still promoting movement and physical activity. With equipment set up and space ready to go, students can jump into games, create their own rules, rotate between activities or simply enjoy unstructured play with friends. Staff are present to supervise and support, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment, but the focus remains on student choice and enjoyment. It’s the perfect option for schools looking to offer active time that feels less structured and more student-driven.
