What is Squash?

Squash is a racquet sport played on an enclosed four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Matches are played between two players (singles) or four players (doubles) on courts with four walls. The front wall has a tin at the bottom and an out-of-bounds line at the top.

The goal is to outmaneuver the opponent by hitting the ball against the front wall in a way that makes it difficult for the opponent to return. Squash is considered a high-impact sport due to its intense pace, demanding quick reflexes, agility, and endurance. Boost your cardiovascular health, build strength, and improve hand-eye coordination.
